"Any incident perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person."

We are committed to identifying and prosecuting perpetrators of all hate related crime. Reporting incidents to police provides essential information which enables the police to prevent further incidents taking place and to identify those responsible.

Surrey Police will not tolerate any form of Hate Crime and will speedily respond, investigate, identify and prosecute offenders to the satisfaction of the victim and the community, thereby seeking to reduce repeat victimisation.
